Masking shows your brand name as the sender and is usually used for service messages like OTPs. Non-masking shows a phone number and is the usual route for promotions. BTRC sets the rules, and we guide you on which to use.
Can I send SMS in Bangla?
Yes. Bangla needs Unicode, which allows about 70 characters per segment instead of 160, so we recommend keeping Bangla messages short.
